At EILOIR, we are committed to delivering premium beauty products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict but fair return and refund guidelines.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is in resalable condition
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Hygiene & Safety Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products. This ensures every customer receives a safe and uncontaminated item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video evidence
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- Inspection will be completed within 2–5 business days
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product has been used or opened
- The request is made after 14 days
- Incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer
- Delivery fails due to customer absence or refusal
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
