Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time
- Nigeria: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- High order volume
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Logistics disruptions

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A confirmation email
- A tracking number to monitor delivery progress

Shipping Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  
EILOIR is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:
- Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier
- If confirmed lost, we will replace your order at no cost

Split Shipments
In some cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
